Gratitude for Recent Donations

The Willow Center would like to recognize the generosity of a few recent donations.  Many Thanks goes out to Mr. Jason Dransfield, of Crossroads Middle School, (Meridian School District), for his class work with the CenturyLink Student Philanthropy Program Fund.  Because of his efforts, and the research and work of his students, Camp Erin was awarded $1000, to assist with camp expenses.  Camp Erin is a free bereavement camp for children ages 6 – 17 yrs., who have experienced the death of someone close to them.  This year 50 area campers will get to experience a unique opportunity for peer bonding between children and teens facing a similar life circumstance.  With sincere gratitude we thank Mr. Dransfield and CenturyLink Student Philanthropy Program Fund in the Idaho Community Foundation!

We also give a huge Thank You to the Mike Jensen Memorial Run committee for their donation of $1,549 to the Willow Center.  We extend this gratitude and thanks to Dr. Kevin Henry, BlueSky Dental of Moscow, for his sponsorship of the run!  In addition we thank all those runners and walkers that came out to support the event.  We appreciate the community support and recognition of the bereavement needs of kids and families so that we can provide help, hope and healing!
