The holidays can bring mixed emotions for everyone, but for those who are grieving, these emotions can be particularly intensified. Through December we’d like to offer small and simple ways to cope during this season of celebration. Today, remember that there is no “right” way to celebrate the holidays. If past traditions seem right, then continue them naturally. But if continuing some traditions seems forced, give yourself permission to let them go. You might find this simple act of release allows room for new traditions to grow.
