Taking a Break

It is okay to “take a break” from grief.  Laughter does not diminish your loss or show disrespect to the person who died.  If the person you lost were alive, you would probably spend some time together having fun.  If it feels right, do something fun and dedicate it to the person who died.  Taking breaks from grief is a natural part of reconciling the death you have experienced.
